A MEDIATION

Mediation
appointments should be requested at least one (1) week prior to the
desired time. This will allow the mediator to make all
necessary arrangements for the proceeding.
FEES,
PAYMENTS
& CANCELLATION
Mediation
sessions are $100.00 per hour. Mediation
proceedings are rounded to the nearest quarter
hour. Fees may include preparation time and
final document processing.
Please
be prepared to make a payment for the scheduled
mediation during the initial session. The
parties are asked to make equal payments for the first
two (2) hours at the beginning of each
appointment. If the duration of the mediation is
less than two (2) hours, the parties will receive a
refund for the unused time. If the mediation
lasts longer than two (2) hours, the parties should be
prepared to make equal payments for the additional
time used, at the conclusion of the session.
Scheduled mediations must
be canceled forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
If this is not done, the scheduling party (or
parties) will be
charged the cost of the session, generally two (2)
hours, unless a longer session is requested.
