Sean
S. Shahrestani is a professional mediator. He
is certified for completing the training for court-connected mediation for
general, business, civil, divorce and family mediation in
Georgia. He is a registered neutral with
the Supreme Court of Georgia
through the Georgia
Office of Dispute Resolution for general
and domestic relations mediations.

received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and
his Bachelor of Science in Biology concurrently at
the University of California, Irvine in 1995.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College
School of Law in 1998. He is committed to
continuing education and continues to expand his
knowledge of the law and dispute resolution.

His
knowledge of the
underlying law as well as his facilitative listening and communication
techniques provide the basis for his understanding of the
nature of each type of dispute and form the foundation
of his effective mediation style.
